This draft describes proposed terms for use of the Jai’s Archive website. It does not replace an approved project agreement and must be professionally reviewed before publication as an effective policy.

1. ACCEPTANCE + WEBSITE PURPOSE
This website presents Jai’s Archive, selected portfolio work, commercial services, studio information, and project-inquiry pathways. These draft terms are not yet effective.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless a verified credit or agreement states otherwise, photography, film, text, design, and other original material remain protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Website display does not grant permission to reproduce, download, scrape, modify, distribute, publish, sell, train systems on, or commercially exploit the material.
Copyright ownership and client usage rights are controlled by the applicable written agreement.
3. PERMITTED USE
Visitors may view the website for ordinary personal or business-evaluation purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, automated extraction, interference with the website, false attribution, impersonation, or misuse of its content is prohibited.
4. PORTFOLIO CONTEXT
Names, marks, products, vehicles, venues, events, and organizations may identify photographed subjects or project context. Their appearance does not by itself establish endorsement, sponsorship, commissioning, partnership, or an ongoing client relationship.
5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website may link to independently operated platforms or services. Jai’s Archive does not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Visitors should review the policies of each external service they choose to use.
6. ACCURACY + AVAILABILITY
Jai’s Archive may correct or update website content as the work, services, and operating practices evolve. Website descriptions do not create a guarantee about availability, outcomes, turnaround, pricing, staffing, insurance, certification, or production capacity.
7. LIABILITY + DISPUTES
PROFESSIONAL REVIEW REQUIRED
No final limitation-of-liability, warranty disclaimer, indemnification, governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution clause has been approved for publication.
8. CHANGES + CONTACT
Any final Terms of Use should display an effective date and explain how changes apply. Existing client engagements remain controlled by their approved project documents.
