What kinds of projects do you take?

Jai’s Archive considers Commercial Campaigns, Media & Asset Refreshes, Automotive & Culture work, Creative Partnerships, and selected private commissions. Fit, availability, location, and production requirements are confirmed for each inquiry.

Do you work outside automotive?

Yes. Automotive is a major focus, while the work also includes organizations, people, events, properties, businesses, and places.

Do you travel?

Selected travel is available. Location, schedule, travel costs, permits, and production feasibility are confirmed in the proposal.

How far in advance should we inquire?

Inquire as soon as the objective and working window are known. No universal availability or lead-time guarantee is published.

Can you work with agencies or internal teams?

Yes, when roles, decision-makers, handoffs, intended usage, and approvals are clearly defined.

Can you assemble additional crew?

Project-specific specialists may be assembled when the approved brief requires them. Jai’s Archive does not represent a permanent large production department.

PRICING + SCOPE

How is pricing determined?

Investment is shaped by the objective, creative scope, production complexity, schedule, deliverables, locations, required resources, and intended commercial usage.

Is $5,000 a universal project minimum?

No. Investment is evaluated according to the project. Scope, strategic value, production requirements, and fit are considered before a proposal is prepared.

What costs may be separate?

Approved travel, locations, talent, permits, rentals, crew, specialist services, shipping, taxes, and other production costs may be identified separately.

What is a Creative Partnership?

A Creative Partnership is a defined ongoing relationship supporting consistent visual development. Cadence, capacity, deliverables, revisions, access, usage, and term are established in writing. It is not unlimited production.

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY

Can a project combine photography and motion?

Yes, when the approved scope supports both without compromising coverage or requiring unsupported capacity.

How are final selects handled?

The selection and approval process is defined by the project. The final edit protects consistency, quality, and the approved objective.

How many images are delivered?

Delivery is bounded by the approved scope and the quality of the finished body of work. Jai’s Archive does not publish an arbitrary universal image count.

How are files delivered?

Formats, naming, folder organization, delivery method, usage context, and access window are defined by the approved project scope.

What revisions are included?

The proposal or agreement defines review stages and included revision rounds. Changes to concept, schedule, deliverables, production, or usage may require a change order.

RIGHTS + FILES

Who owns copyright?

Jai’s Archive retains copyright unless a different written transfer is expressly agreed. Commissioning work does not automatically transfer copyright.

What usage is included?

The agreement defines approved media, channels, territory, duration, advertising, exclusivity, alterations, and authorized users.

Are RAW files included?

No. Final edited assets are the standard deliverable.

Can unreleased projects remain private?

Confidentiality and embargo requirements can be evaluated and documented before production.

Can you work under an NDA?

A reasonable client NDA may be reviewed for consistency with the project, production team, legal obligations, portfolio expectations, and information-handling requirements.
